I use vanilla in one of three forms: powder, liquid or whole bean. I use each form for a specific purpose.
- powder: used in baked goods
- liquid: used in uncooked goods, or to finish cooked ones
- whole bean: used to infuse cooked liquids

Date: 2007-05-14 09:26 pm (UTC)I have also used the whole bean,in a cup of suger, covered tight as a boost to coffee. Just add the suger as normal. It is a wonderful aditon to things. Let it mello for about a week or so. add more suger as you use it till it fades, twirl the jar to renew the tast and smell.
