If i had any knowledge whatsoever as to how to f'n copy an animated gif, i'd've copied it for you. Sorry.
An animated GIF is still an image so right-clicking on it in the browser and selecting whatever menu item corresponds to "Save this image" should do it (I can't say what it is in your browser since they all vary). The browser will probably ask to where you want the image saved (IE defaults to your Pictures folder, Safari on the Mac just saves it to the desktop without asking) and you can then do what you want with it.
