I've not seen the same thing twice today. It randomizes order, shows a posting one refresh, not the next. Logging out and back in helps for a while, but not for long. Ah, well.

I don't think so, as i can see some friends-locked posts, but not all.

Restart your browser, clean your cache, then restart your browser again. This happened to me recently and that seemed to fix it.

LJ got haxxored recently (see the LJ news/maintenance pages), so they've been expiring cookies and dealing with other database issues. Might be related to that.

I've expelienced the expiring cookies already, and it doesn't act like this. When that happens, all the friends-locked things disappear, and/or it tells you to log in again. In my case today, it's just rearranging and/or disappearing random things from today.
