I've been told that i'm to be in charge of content and organization of our pan-departmental Twiki. Exciting charge seeing i'm now 8 days into the job. I guess i'll learn a lot in the process.

Small company has a remarkably different dynamic from large one. :) I'm liking it a lot, even if at times i'm left feeling overwhelmed.

My general understanding is that small companies leave less free time on the job. Which works well for some. It does for me.

That may well turn out to be the case; time will tell. Small co is all new to me, tho so far so good. It does require initiative, creativity, and a willingness to speak up. The first two please me, and the latter i have in spades.
