I turned in notice to the DoD people today. My last day working for SDDC in Alexandria will be 28 Oct. I'll start with Managed Objects at 9 AM on the 31st. I'm really looking forward to the new gig.
When I read "I'm really looking forward to the new gig" I immediately thought that one gig just isn't enough these days. Then it dawned on me that you were not talking about memory.
agentxs asked me the same thing last night. :) I'm game any time. He suggested somewhere not so far away. Riverbend Park (http://www.co.fairfax.va.us/parks/nature.htm#30) in Great Falls, VA is nice, and one can hike into Great Falls Nat'l Park (http://www.nps.gov/gwmp/grfa/) from it. Neither is as rugged as Sky Meadows. I also like Prince William Forest Parck (http://www.nps.gov/prwi/) in Triangle, VA a lot.
He & i didn't discuss logistics at all. I replied to this comment in a new posting (http://www.livejournal.com/users/dcseain/28962.html). I vote for Prince William Forest Park myself.
