Warmth tends to help with sleep, turn down the AC, but drink some before you sleep else dehydration will make things miserable. If you're light sensitive, perhaps a blindfold if you can stand it, and sound-wise, those disposable earplugs maybe? That's the one good thing about my neighbourhood, 'tis very quiet all the time.
