:) This missive was not aimed at anyone on my friends list. It was triggered by a comment in another journal, and i felt a need to get it out of my brain. And med compliance is an act of optimism, you are right.

my comment was totally tongue in cheek. I commented to [livejournal.com profile] scooterbird what a great weight off my psyche it is just to tell people how depressed I've been feeling. it doesn't make the depression better, but it makes it infinitely more bearable.
