I Named My Kitten.
She's in the centre of this pix, and she shall be known as Feldspar. The name just came to me out of nowhere about an hour ago. ![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
scarlettj9 and Fred both thought the name a good choice.
Fred suggested i look up the magical properties of Feldspar. Having read that, the name fits nicely; I have familiars, not pets, after all. Scroll down a bit from the Feldspar listing to Jasper. Reading that, the fact that i call him my object-lesson makes better sense.
I look forward to my next visit with the kittens at the 69s. And i need to determine a date to get her. I'm thinking a Thursday, so i can spend several days with her and my almost-14 yr old tom, Jasper. I want the whole introduction to go well. Supervision at first as the best way to guarantee that i think. Or at least supervision at first will give me a degree of peace of mind that they won't kill or maim one another.
Anyhow, i should move the laundry around and go to sleep.
