Middle Earth

Please tell me about your concepts/beliefs/understanding of/about Middle Earth.

I have 2.5 understandings of this and 2 derives from 1; the .5 is related to 1. That is all i have to say on that topic for now.

Would ya mind rephrasing narrowing that question, laddie? It is a bit too broad to address.

Middle Earth - Traditional Nordo-Britanno-Celtic, or Tolkeinian - which comes to mind first and/or speaks more loudly to you when you hear that term?

Shall i edit the post to include this phrasing?

Ahh. The term evokes Tolkien to me, as a main/initial reaction. I've just reread The Lord of the Rings and The Hobbit waaaay too many times - including out loud!

It would make your question easier to answer.

The Tolkein bell rings first, but I have some vague awareness that it's a place ("this world we live in"? "Between the afterlife and ..."? "Between the gods' domain and ..."?) in some ancient religions/myths.
