Cats and Rabbits - Advice?

As most of you know Bun-Bun lives with me now. Feldspar chases Bun-Bun around sometimes, though Bun-Bun has hissed at her now, and will bite her before she knows it. Jasper ignores Bun-Bun.

Feldspar climbs in Bun-Bun's cage, and wants to use his litter box, which has Yesterday's News in it. The cats' litter box has clumping clay in it.

Queries: Can the cat and the rabbit share a litter box? Should i buy Yesterday's News for the cats?

I would first try to replace the cat's litter with Yesterday's News; maybe it has a more pleasant texture. Of course, it could also be a case of liking what the new kid on the block has. Regarding sharing, what do Bun-Bun's thoughts seem to be? He might not like sharing with a carnivore.

Bun-Bun and Feldspar play together a lot. I've no clue whether he wants to share or not.

DO NOT LET THEM SHARE

Unless your cat has NEVER been out side, there is a chance that the cat might have tranmitable parisites.

get the same litter.

Just to be save.
Hugs.

Yesterday's News is dandy cat litter. Very low dust, and it absorbs odors well. We used it
happily for quite a while, but ended up with Feline Pine when the local vendors started only
stocking the scented Yesterday's News. My dislike of artificial fragrances is vast, I would
much rather smell cat urine than commercial perfumed products. There, I said it.

I agree with you wholeheartedly.

FYI, Yesterday's News Ferret Litter is unscented, and the same product as both their cat and their rabbit litter. PetSmart carries it in their small animal section.
