Interesting, mine is in a grid in one underarm, and is itchy. I will update. This particular rash has reappeared with the full moon, i saw it last month too, for the first time, and heat irritates it. mergyeugnau suggested it may be a sebaceous gland problem, or homanal, but the fact that it's an evenly-spaced grid of bumps is weird-looking.
