It's a rowhouse-style duplex, in Arlington, VA, Alcova Heights neighbourhood, on 3rd St S, just west of S Glebe Rd. Walk to Ballston and 20-min bus or 10-min drive to the Pentagon. here's the listing. My friend is asking $409,000, and the hot tub may convey.
