dcseain | Clearance Update

I had my 1st interview for my Level 2 Clearance today. He was unable to print the 25-page interview form, so we're meeting again on W or R. So far so good, and he's interested in finishing this as quickly as possible. yay! I need to get a birth cert and a copy of my GED before we meet again. I know how to do the former, need to find out how to do the latter - i'm not sure whether to go to the county or the state. Off to Google....
